Glad to see you like gen V more than before! As someone who played multiple versions, I've wanted to change my teams to have different experiences with the games. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had some similar feelings about the Gen V games - Cheers. I'm about 2/3 my way through Black and I'm having a blast.
I always remember Ruby and Sapphire as having some really interesting and large zones, but after playing the remakes a few years back, I was probably remembering a little wrong, they were rather linear, at least compared to Gen IV and V. The routes are just filled with off shooting paths that can draw your attention for sometimes over an hour. I don't really know where I was making that justification because this is actually one of the more sprawling Pokemon worlds I've explored. I've seen a billion Zubats in every cave ever - having a whole bunch of new pokemon just keeps surprising you with what Pokemon are where even when I do now know all the gen V Pokemon.Īnother thing I remember disliking about Gen V was the world design. I've fished up thousands of Magicarps from the waterways in every pokemon game ever. I remember initially hating the decision to decide to go with an entirely new roster of pokemon for the local dex, but now, It just keeps things fresh. I'm having a blast re-playing Pokemon Black for the first time in 6 years after having been away from Gen V for all this time. Possibilities are limitless and only depend on what you are tempted to try and if you are ready to invest in the opportunity.I had this big long intro written out about how much of a fan of Pokemon I've been through the years and how I had always looked back on Gen V as being the black sheep(pun not intended) of the franchise - but I figured I'd just cut right to the chase. The advantages of working in a small group of people is the amount of opportunities that everyone can use. The company is focused on concentrating talented individuals that share enthusiasm for gaming industry and are not afraid to expand their knowledge, whether in education or other areas and want to combine work and fun without any unnecessary stress. When it comes to helping out others, Kiki never hesitates. After joining the team she started programming in C# and working in Unity. Her first meeting with Sheepa was coincidentally while playing a game. Her enthusiasm did not left her so she focused on studying IT professionally. Kiki was interested into IT since her childhood, when she had to solve every technical problems in games on her own. Their common goal was to create something original and Kay wanted to concentrate her skills into game development. The first connection between Kay and Dark Sheep was Pavel, who she met on university. Thanks to this decision, she gained a lot of experience. Kay was attracted to the fields of IT and art since high school, however for a long time, she was searching for her own path among many specializations, trying out illustration, writing, animation and a bit of coding in the process. Shortly after the team is expanded by two very important ladies – graphic designer Karolína (Kay) Slunečková and programmer Kristýna (Kiki) Böhmová. After graduation, Pavel had become an apprentice of Ondřej in a field of 3D graphics, animation and all related aspects respectively, that made him a key part of the development team. Young, creative and very talented 2D graphic, who under Ondra's mentorship achieved a handful of experience and thanks to an unending desire to explore and become the best of the best, he gained his first commissions already while being a high school student. This opened a lot of doors to other projects like SPKFree.NET, Online Gamers or Party City.Īfter years of gaining experience and several completed works, he met Pavel (Tarox) Oliva. Similar project was created for title Neverwinter Nights.
